Radne.ai is operated by Asfalia Ltd, 3 Hill Street, Edinburgh EH2 3JP. This policy explains what we do with your personal information.

Who can use Radne

Radne is for people aged 18 or over. If you're under 18, you can't use the service.

What we collect

When you use Radne, we collect:

  • Your email address — to sign you in and send you account-related messages.
  • Your CV — to understand your skills and experience. We ask you to remove personal details (name, address, phone, photo) from your CV before uploading. We don't need them. If you leave them in, we'll store them.
  • Your preferences — work location, contract type, seniority, and any specific things you tell us to look for or avoid.
  • Records of your activity — when you log in, when you run a search, what jobs you were shown, what verdict our system gave each job.
  • Payment information — when you pay for Radne, your card details are handled by Stripe. We don't see your card number. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and a record of the transaction.

We don't collect anything else. No tracking pixels, no analytics about how you use the page, no advertising data.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to deliver the service you signed up for: matching you with jobs based on your CV and preferences. That's our legal basis for processing it — performing the contract between you and us.

How we use AI

Radne uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude) to:

  1. Read your CV and build a structured profile of your skills.
  2. Read job adverts and decide whether they match your preferences.
  3. Score how well each job fits your skills and explain why.

This is automated decision-making. You can re-run searches, change your preferences, or contact us if you disagree with a score. You always see the reasoning behind every verdict — nothing is hidden.

Who we share it with

We share data with these third parties to deliver the service:

  • Anthropic — processes your CV and job descriptions through the Claude AI models. They process this on our behalf and don't use it to train their models.
  • OpenWebNinja (JSearch) — provides job listings. We send them search keywords (skills and job titles) and a location. We never send them your name, email, or CV.
  • Microsoft Azure — hosts the service and stores your data. They process this on our behalf.
  • Stripe — handles payments. They receive your card details directly and tell us whether the payment succeeded.

Some of these processors are based outside the UK (mainly the United States). We've checked their data protection arrangements and they meet UK standards.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. We may delete all your personal data and your account after 3 months of inactivity, or 3 months after your last payment, whichever comes first.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account settings. When you do, we delete everything immediately — your CV, your taxonomy, your preferences, your history.

Your rights

You have these rights under UK data protection law:

  • See your data — download everything we hold about you, in a machine-readable format. There's a button for this in your account settings.
  • Correct your data — upload a new CV, change your preferences, anything. You're in control.
  • Delete your data — delete your account and we delete everything.
  • Object to processing — same answer: delete your account.
  • Complain — if you're unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first. If we don't fix it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is logged. We use industry-standard authentication and don't store passwords — we use passkeys, which never leave your device.

If we ever have a breach that affects you, we'll tell you within 72 hours.

Cookies

We use one cookie — a session cookie — so the service knows it's you when you come back. We don't use any other cookies. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
